Whether your first appointment is for a dental checkup, a consultation, second opinion, or emergency care, we do all we can to make your visit a welcoming, informative, and productive experience. Once we gather the relevant background information, examine your smile and obtain any diagnostic images, we’ll discuss if treatment is required and explain your best options in care.

We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify if your plan is accepted. Abercorn Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards, and also offer flexible payment plans. For more details, please speak with our Financial Coordinator. Additionally, we can file insurance for your reimbursement if your plan allows you to choose your own dentist.

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash. In addition, we offer flexible payment plans and financing options, such as CareCredit for major dental work done in our office. Our billing coordinator will be happy to discuss any insurance or billing questions you may have.
